#2711 Gastric Neuroendocrine Neoplasms: Clinical Management and Outcomes in a Cohort of 54 Patients

Introduction: Gastric NENs are increasingly being diagnosed at endoscopy. The majority of these are type 1 gastric NEN. However, around 10-20% can be type 3 or type 4 Gastric NENs.

#2709 Endoscopic Management and Outcomes of Gastro-Duodenal Neuroendocrine Tumours

Introduction: Gastric and duodenal neuroendocrine tumours are increasing in incidence. ENETS guidelines suggest endoscopic resection of type 1 gastric NENs over 10mm and consider endoscopic resection for duodenal NENs. However, the endoscopic techniques are not clearly mandated. There, is evidence to suggest endoscopic mucosal dissection has higher incidence of R0 resections compared with polypectomy or EMR alone.

#2256 Assessment of the Serum Levels of the Soluble Vascular Cellular Adhesion Molecule-1 (sVCAM-1) in Patients with Neuroendocrine Neoplasms

Introduction: Tumor growth and the ability to metastasize is a multistage process involving interactions between cancer cells and the vascular endothelium. These interactions have been reported to be mediated by various molecules including sVCAM-1. We have previously shown elevated serum concentration of sVCAM-1 in 82 neuroendocrine neoplasms (NEN) compared to controls. Here, we present results of the extension of the previous study.

#2125 Subtype Classification and Clinicopathological Features of Gastric Neuroendocrine Neoplasms: 400 Cases of Multicenter Retrospective Analysis

Introduction: Definitions of Type 3 gastric NEN (g-NEN) in ENETS Guidelines 2012 and 2016 are ambiguous and controversial, so Four-type classification has been proposed in China.

#1822 Heterogeneity of Type 1 Gastric Neuroendocrine Neoplasms

Introduction: Type 1 gastric Neuroendocrine Neoplasms (gNENs) are defined when atrophic body gastritis is associated. They are mostly multiple, small, with a low grade histology with low metastatic risk. Data on factors associated with malignant tumor behavior in these patients are scarce.
